Your missions 🚀
Wiremind is at a pivotal scaling point and we are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Finance leader to professionalize our financial engine. As our CFO, you will not just "manage" accounts; you will be the architect of our growth data, a strategic partner to the CEO, and the driver of operational excellence across Finance, HR, and Legal.
Core Responsibilities
1. Own Financial Performance & Steering
Build a best-in-class financial engine driving decision-making and performance.
Own financial strategy: budgeting, forecasting, mid-term planning, and resource allocation
Elevate FP&A and reporting: financial models, unit economics, and clear, actionable insights for the CEO and shareholders
Ensure data reliability: closing, controls, cash management, and budget discipline
Act as a business partner to Sales, Product, and Tech to align operational KPIs with financial performance
2. Act as CEO’s Strategic Partner & Lead Financing / M&A
Position the CFO as a true co-pilot for the company’s next growth phase.
Act as a sparring partner to the CEO on key strategic, growth, and organizational decisions
Support and lead the company’s financial strategy in the context of fundraising and strategic decisions
Lead investor relations and ensure full investor readiness (data room, equity story, reporting)
Drive M&A initiatives: analysis, execution, structuring, and integration
Lead international structuring: entity setup, location strategy, legal, tax, and compliance
3. Build and Scale Finance, HR & Legal Functions
Develop a stronger, scalable, and modern support organization.
Lead and develop Finance, HR, and Legal teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Upskill teams toward more automated, higher value-added ways of working
Design scalable processes to support growth and international expansion without linear headcount increase
Leverage AI and automation to maximize efficiency across G&A (reporting, contract review, spend management, workflows)
Your Profile 🔍
Experience: You bring 10–20 years of experience, combining a strong foundation in Audit / TS / M&A / IB with a senior finance leadership role in a similarly sized high-growth SaaS company (€20–50M revenue), with a strong focus on profitability and capital allocation.
Finance Depth : You have strong exposure to corporate finance topics, including fundraising, structured debt, M&A, and investor relations.
Managerial Depth: You have a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams. You aren't just a technical expert; you are a people leader who knows how to elevate a team.
International Mindset: You have experience navigating international markets and understand the complexities of global operations.
Tech-Forward: You are an early adopter of AI tools and have experience with modern finance stacks (e.g., Pigment, Pennylane, Spendesk).
Languages: English is our primary language. Native-level French is a significant plus for local compliance and team integration.
